We collect the following types of information when you use the platform as a Customer or End-User:
• Account Information: Name, email address, and login details when you create an account or are invited by an Agency.
• Service Data: Content you provide to or receive from AI agents, including prompts, responses, and uploaded files.
• Payment Data: If you purchase services from an Agency, your payment is processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• Usage Data: Interaction logs, feature usage, and activity history on dashboards or widgets.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and related diagnostics.



2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
• Deliver and maintain services provided by your Agency or SuperAgency.
• Facilitate secure payments and subscriptions.
• Improve AI agent accuracy and platform performance.
• Communicate with you about account activity, updates, or service issues.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent misuse or fraud.
• Comply with legal, financial, and security obligations.



3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
• Agencies or SuperAgencies you are linked to, so they can provide and support services.
• Service Providers such as payment processors, hosting, and AI infrastructure partners.
• Legal/Compliance Authorities, where required by law.
• Business Transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.



4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and related information at any time (see Section 6).

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no system is fully secure.



6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Request portability of your data.
• Withdraw consent (where applicable).

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside New Zealand, including in the EEA, UK, and the United States. Safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are applied where required.



8. GDPR & UK GDPR

If you are in the EEA or UK:
• Legal Basis: Processing is based on contract (delivering services), consent (optional features/marketing), legitimate interest (service improvement, fraud prevention), or legal obligation.
• Your Rights: In addition to Section 6, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• International Transfers: We rely on adequacy decisions or SCCs where applicable.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.



10. Changes to This Policy
